Mr. Donahoo’s career has spanned over 40 years in the heavy materials sector with a significant focus on construction aggregates and associated products. His career is highlighted by senior positions at some of the industry’s most well-known organizations, as well as successfully leading smaller organizations through high growth periods leading to successful outcomes, including M&A.
From 1980 through 1999, Mr. Donahoo led significant regional operations for Vulcan Materials and Martin Marietta, with responsibility for nearly 1,000 employees. He subsequently joined Florida Rock Industries in 1999, where he again guided significant regions for several years.
After Florida Rock’s $4.6B acquisition by Vulcan Materials, Mr. Donahoo embarked on his own, successfully building Alabama-based Wadley Crushed Stone into a 1mm ton / year granite quarry.
During his career, Mr. Donahoo has founded and led several new sites (greenfield) sites that are in operation today the most recent of which opened in Lee County, Alabama.
In the 2010s, Mr. Donahoo led VantaCore Partners, an aggregates-focused business then-owned by Natural Resource Partners. In 2018,
Mr. Donahoo successfully guided VantaCore’s sale to Sun Capital, after which he took on the role of President & Chief Operator for the renamed StonePoint Materials. Mr. Donahoo led StonePoint, under Sun’s ownership, until its ultimate acquisition by publicly-traded Arcosa in 2021.

Mr. Major, a seasoned professional Geologist, has in excess of 35 years of experience in providing geologic, environmental, exploration and site development services to energy, aggregates and precious metals industries to clients at over 75 quarries and mines throughout the U.S.
Through this experience, Mr. Major has attained strong business development and leadership expertise pertaining directly to natural resource discovery, recovery and management, as well as regulatory compliance. During his career, Mr. Major has been involved in assisting clients, both buyers and sellers, in multiple successful M&A transactions, many of which involving sensitive geologic, environmental, ecologic and cultural features. Mr. Major has also served as an expert witness on cases involving both forward looking projections of potential impacts and developing a forensic history of existing site developments; and other unique site-specific matters involving aggregates and mining clients.
Mr. Major founded and developed CreekWood Resources Shady Grove Granite Quarry near Auburn, Alabama, which he recently sold to Arcosa (NYSE:ACA) in 2022.
Mr. Major currently serves on the Board of Directors of Skyfall Investment Partners, who own and manage coal, stone, and oil & gas mineral acreage; and the Kentucky Groundwater Association.
Mr. Major is co-founder of Resource Conservancy Foundation, a 501(3)c non-profit who owns, manages, and preserves stream, wetland, and other environmentally/ecologically sensitive properties.
